Downstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Both rooms feature large sliding doors that open directly onto the garden, where you can lounge in the sun, relax with a book, or simply listen to the sound of the sea. For convenience, there is also a washer and dryer available.
The nearest beach, Kouloura Beach loved by locals is just a five-minute walk away. While it’s easy to explore Chalepa on foot, we recommend having a car if you’d like to venture further and discover more of Chania’s beauty.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
