The cabin is completely private and includes a comfortable bedroom, a private bathroom and access to a beautiful outdoor area with a covered terrace and garden. It is a simple, warm and charming space, ideal for someone looking for a quiet place to stay for a few months, work remotely or simply enjoy the slower pace of the Costa Brava.
The cabin has an outdoor kitchen, located next to the covered patio. The kitchen is fully outdoors, so it is particularly pleasant during the warmer months. During winter, the space is naturally more rustic and outdoor-oriented.
The house is surrounded by nature, with plenty of trees and greenery, and you can enjoy the garden and outdoor areas of the property. The swimming pool is available during the warmer season and is closed during the winter months.
I live in the main house on the property, so the entrance and part of the garden is a shared-home environment rather than a completely independent property. At the same time, the cabin offers a good level of privacy and its own private bathroom.
The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed, making it especially suitable for one person or a couple looking for a temporary home away from the city.
Lloret de Mar is just a short drive from the coast and beaches, while Girona and Barcelona are also accessible by car.

Die Hütte verfügt über eine Außenküche, die sich neben der überdachten Terrasse befindet. Die Küche liegt vollständig im Freien, was sie in den wärmeren Monaten besonders angenehm macht. Im Winter ist der Bereich naturgemäß rustikaler und auf den Außenbereich ausgerichtet.
Das Haus ist von Natur umgeben, mit vielen Bäumen und viel Grün, und Sie können den Garten sowie die Außenbereiche des Anwesens genießen. Der Pool steht in der wärmeren Jahreszeit zur Verfügung und ist in den Wintermonaten geschlossen.
Ich wohne im Haupthaus auf dem Grundstück, daher sind der Eingangsbereich und ein Teil des Gartens gemeinschaftlich genutzt und nicht Teil einer völlig eigenständigen Unterkunft. Gleichzeitig bietet die Hütte ein gutes Maß an Privatsphäre und verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer.
Die Atmosphäre ist friedlich und entspannt, was die Hütte besonders für eine Person oder ein Paar geeignet macht, das ein vorübergehendes Zuhause abseits der Stadt sucht.
Lloret de Mar ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt von der Küste und den Stränden entfernt, während Girona und Barcelona ebenfalls mit dem Auto erreichbar sind.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
