My name is Daniele and I live between Palermo and Isola delle Femmine. This villa began with a plot of land that Arturo Longo bought in 1920, when Isola delle Femmine was a fishing village and the seafront road was still unpaved. He built one of the first villas in the town, and it has stayed in his family from one generation to the next, down to me. The two palms that tower over the garden today, tall and lush, were already there, young, in a family photograph from almost a century ago. After an initial renovation in the 1960s, I recently refurbished it myself, choosing every detail to make it a place where you can live and work well, not just somewhere to stay for a few days. I am a lawyer: I value clarity and keeping to what we agree, and you will find me a serious and present host. I live nearby and can easily reach you. My own language is Italian; for English my children give me a hand and follow the exchanges with guests together with me. I designed this home for people who work remotely and for those who want to spend time in Sicily in the mild season: fast fibre, well-kept spaces, and the quiet of a seaside village that stays alive in winter too.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
