Cottage is located on a rural residential road about 500 m. from entrance to the park trail system with over 60 km of year-round trails. The long dune beach is a 10 minute drive away through the park. There are rivers for canoeing and kayaking in the fall. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing are popular winter activities. I have a bike and a pair of snowshoes available for use.
The village of Saint Louis de Kent is 4 km away with services such as grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, restaurants, with other nearby seaside villages and more services nearby as well. It's 1 hr. to Moncton and the international airport.. A car is necessary.
The house has a driveway for 1-2 cars. It is a simple but cozy cottage with 2 bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen, bathroom, book nook, mudroom entry available for guest use. There is a clawfoot bathtub, Japanese bidet with heated seat, stone counters in the kitchen and partial in-floor heating in bathroom/kitchen.
I am away traveling this autumn to late winter.

Nach Moncton und zum internationalen Flughafen ist es 1 Stunde. Ein Auto ist erforderlich.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Einfahrt für 1–2 Autos. Es handelt sich um ein schlichtes, aber gemütliches Ferienhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich, Badezimmer, Leseecke sowie einem Vorraum, der den Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Es gibt eine Badewanne mit Löwenfüßen, ein japanisches Bidet mit beheizbarem Sitz, Arbeitsplatten aus Stein in der Küche sowie eine teilweise Fußbodenheizung im Bad und in der Küche.
