Amplia finca rural situada en un entorno tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para estancias de media y larga duración, especialmente para familias, grupos y trabajadores.
La vivienda dispone de cinco dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño privado. Las habitaciones se distribuyen alrededor de un luminoso patio interior que conecta con un amplio patio exterior, ofreciendo diferentes espacios para descansar y disfrutar al aire libre.
Además, cuenta con dos aseos adicionales, uno para mujeres y otro para hombres, con acceso desde el patio interior y desde el exterior.
La finca dispone de un amplio y acogedor salón, una cocina totalmente equipada y una cuidada decoración que combina comodidad y estilo.
En el exterior se encuentra la piscina, perfecta para disfrutar del buen tiempo y del entorno natural. La propiedad cuenta también con una amplia zona de aparcamiento, ofreciendo comodidad incluso para grupos numerosos.
Por motivos de seguridad, existen dos cámaras de vigilancia exteriores: una situada en la entrada de la finca y otra en la entrada de la vivienda. Las cámaras graban únicamente cuando detectan movimiento. No existen cámaras en espacios interiores ni en zonas privadas.

Aus Sicherheitsgründen sind zwei Außenüberwachungskameras installiert: eine am Eingang des Anwesens und eine am Eingang der Wohnung. Die Kameras zeichnen nur auf, wenn sie Bewegungen erkennen. In Innenräumen und in privaten Bereichen gibt es keine Kameras.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
