Acogedor bungalow situado en una urbanización privada y tranquila, a dos kilómetros y medio del centro de Mazarrón y a ocho kilómetros de las playas de Puerto de Mazarrón. Ideal para estancias de media y larga duración, especialmente para familias, parejas y trabajadores.
La vivienda cuenta con una parcela privada en la parte delantera y un patio privado en la parte trasera. Tiene capacidad para cuatro personas y dispone de un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales, un baño completo y una cocina totalmente equipada.
El alojamiento ofrece aire acondicionado en toda la vivienda, conexión WiFi, Smart TV con canales internacionales y piscina privada.
Dentro de la urbanización hay supermercado y restaurante con piscina, además de acceso directo a una vía verde, ideal para caminar, practicar senderismo o desplazarse en bicicleta. El aparcamiento es fácil y se encuentra junto a la vivienda.
Mazarrón y Puerto de Mazarrón cuentan con una amplia oferta gastronómica y de servicios, con restaurantes donde disfrutar de tapas, paellas, pescados frescos, mariscos y carnes a la brasa. Los aeropuertos más cercanos son Murcia, Alicante y Almería.
