This warm, fully furnished townhouse sits in Mariakerke: green and calm, yet still part of Ghent. The city centre is just 15 minutes away by bike and everyday shopping is right around the corner, with a Delhaize, an Aldi, an Action and more nearby.
Ground floor
A spacious, light-filled living room with oak floors, a big oval dining table and a cosy corner. The living room flows into the modern kitchen, which has a skylight, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave and a breakfast table.
First floor
A smaller bedroom, currently being finished. Photos coming soon. You'll also find a modern bathroom, with a double sink and a walk-in shower, looks over the garden.
Second floor
A large bedroom with plenty of space for a bed and a proper desk, which makes it perfect if you work from home.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
