The property’s location is one of its main highlights as it consists of one of the most beautiful and pristine parts of the popular island of Crete.
The villa’s exterior plot is literally a paradise! Its vast lawned garden is dotted with olive trees, large cacti, and agaves that co-exist with indigenous flora and aromatic bushes. Right in the heart of this paradisiacal courtyard, a 40sq.m. swimming pool offering unobscured views of the Libyan Sea is found.
A shaded lounging area and a dining area for 12 on the side of the pool will give moments of fun with the whole group while the several sitting spots scattered throughout the vast gardens will gift you precious private time.
Step outside and you will find yourself only a few feet away from the beach.
A shaded area with umbrellas, private sunbeds and fun beach Kayaks are offered to anyone who wishes to explore the bays.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
