O meu nome é João e a minha mulher Helena. Eu trabalho em cinema publicitário e a minha mulher em gestão aeroportuária e temos 46 e 45 anos respectivamente. Comprámos esta casa a pensar no futuro dos nossos filhos (neste momento adolescentes) e para poder receber familiares e amigos pontualmente. Nós vivemos mesmo ao lado, e adoramos este maravilhoso bairro onde já vivemos há mais de 20 anos! A casa foi integralmente remodelada no 1o semestre de 2023 com projecto de arquitectura, com muito envolvimento e trabalho nosso (os móveis foram todos recuperados por nós, assim como as madeiras) e foi cuidadosamente mobilada, equipada e decorada por nós de modo a proporcionar o máximo de conforto aos nossos inquilinos/hospedes, fazendo-os sentirem-se verdadeiramente em casa. A Ajuda é um bonito bairro histórico de lisboa cheio de vida própria, com ótimos acessos, áreas verdes e muitos pontos de interesse como palácios, monumentos e museus.

Very nice and cozy small house with everything needed to stay confortable in it. The host is a great person and the communication was always perfect, always making sure everything is good and one is feeling confortable.

The area has everything you need and it's a very calm and familiar neighborhood, great restaurants nearby and the connections to the city center by bus are easy and direct.

I definitely recommend this house and host to anyone looking for a great experience in Lisbon.

Casa33 is a lovely, charming house. We could find everything we needed in the house, from kitchen supplies to a Ioga mat. João is a very accessible person, always avaiable for any questions.
