The two-floor home is located in the village of Kypseli, on a privileged spot, just as far and as close it should be for you to work and enjoy your vacation at the same time! One double bedroom with access to the veranda,1 single bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, an airy open space area which serves as kitchen and dining room sitting 6 people along with a living room, are all on the ground floor area. On the 1st floor, you will find a totally private double bedroom with its own bath and balcony. Surrounded by flower-covered verandas, a private terrace of 40 sqm, in a land property of 1.500 sqm. Fully furnished and equipped, whether you choose to spend your time inside or enjoy the nature out. All rooms have ceiling/wall fans and window/balcony door insect screens.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit Zugang zur Veranda, ein Einzelschlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Badezimmer, ein luftiger offener Raum, der als Küche und Esszimmer für 6 Personen dient, sowie ein Wohnzimmer. Im 1. Stock befindet sich ein ganz privates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eigenem Bad und Balkon. Umgeben von blumenübersäten Veranden, einer privaten Terrasse von 40 qm, auf einem Grundstück von 1.500 qm. Vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet, egal ob Sie Ihre Zeit drinnen verbringen oder die Natur draußen genießen wollen. Alle Zimmer haben Decken-/Wandventilatoren und Insektenschutzgitter an Fenstern und Balkontüren.
