This charming wooden accommodation is designed to offer you a peaceful rural experience without giving up the proximity to the vibrant town of Alhaurín el Grande. Just a ten minute walk away, you will find a variety of businesses, shops, restaurants, fashion and leisure options.
The natural setting has mature trees that provide plenty of shade, ideal for enjoying a large and safe space where your children can play. The cottage includes a fenced swimming pool, ensuring peace and safety for the little ones, along with sun loungers and parasols for their comfort. There is also a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals.
The main accommodation is a cosy wooden house with a 15 square metre terrace. Upon entering, you will find a fully equipped separate kitchen, perfect for preparing your favourite meals. The spacious and comfortable living room is designed for cosy and memorable family gatherings. The house has two bright and comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and air conditioning, and the other with two single beds.
For groups of up to six people, the cottage offers a comfortable bungalow that can accommodate two additional people. This bungalow includes a double bed, air conditioning and a toilet with shower. Please note that the bungalow will only be open for bookings of five or six people, with an extra cost reflected in the price.
The bathroom in the main house is spacious and equipped with a bathtub, ensuring that bathing for the whole family is practical and comfortable. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed for a supplement of €60 per booking.
Finca la Rosa del Zángano is an environmentally conscious accommodation, with full solar photovoltaic and thermal energy installations to eliminate CO₂ emissions.

Die natürliche Umgebung mit ihren alten Bäumen spendet viel Schatten und ist ideal für einen großen und sicheren Platz, auf dem Ihre Kinder spielen können. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen eingezäunten Swimmingpool, der den Kleinen Ruhe und Sicherheit bietet, sowie über Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme für ihren Komfort. Es gibt auch einen Grillplatz, ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien.
Die Hauptunterkunft ist ein gemütliches Holzhaus mit einer 15 Quadratmeter großen Terrasse. Beim Betreten des Hauses finden Sie eine voll ausgestattete separate Küche, in der Sie Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zubereiten können. Das geräumige und komfortable Wohnzimmer ist für gemütliche und unvergessliche Familientreffen gedacht. Das Haus verfügt über zwei helle und komfortable Schlafzimmer: eines mit einem Doppelbett und Klimaanlage und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten.
Für Gruppen von bis zu sechs Personen bietet das Haus einen komfortablen Bungalow, in dem zwei weitere Personen untergebracht werden können. Dieser Bungalow verfügt über ein Doppelbett, eine Klimaanlage und eine Toilette mit Dusche. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Bungalow nur für Buchungen von fünf oder sechs Personen zur Verfügung steht, wobei der Aufpreis im Preis enthalten ist.
