Guests have at their disposal an extra bathroom with all toiletries. The kitchen, dinning room and living room are open-plan. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare all kinds of specialities. Prepared meals may be served at the dining table, which comfortably seats 8 guests. Here you can find a sofa with a Tv in front of it. Just a few steps away there is a spacious corner sofa with two armchairs as well as a television. A washer and ironing board are at your disposal.Villa La Thea is fully fenced, and the backyard is 600 m2. Swim in the 32 m2 swimming pool and sunbathe on comfy sun loungers. If you want to swim in the sea – you’re just five meters from it. You can also use a barbeque near which there is an outside table where you can enjoy the evening hours. The outdoor hanging chairs are particularly popular with guests, as well as a sofa lounge and chairs decorated with cozy pillows. The sitting area on the top terrace is ideal to read your favorite book or drink a summer drink while observing the magical horizon.
