Rural accommodation very well located, close to shopping areas in Coín such as La Trocha Shopping Center. Easily accessible and just a few minutes from highway links that will take you to all points of interest in the province of Malaga.
The orientation of the accommodation means that the pool has many hours of sunshine, you will also enjoy a small covered outdoor area with a table football so that the little ones can be entertained. The porch of the accommodation is very comfortable and will provide shade and shelter so that having lunch outside is comfortable. In addition, from the porch you will have the pool visible so you can keep an eye on the little ones. The area surrounding the pool is not landscaped, it is dirt, but you can play ball on the entire plot. In front of the entrance porch, there is a space with planters and artificial grass that you can use as a rest or to sunbathe.
Living room together with kitchenette is the first room we find when entering the accommodation. You will enjoy the television area with a comfortable sofa and a cozy kitchen to prepare your lunches, equipped with everything you need so that cooking is not a problem.
