The house is the ideal place to stay with family, friends or on businesses, can accommodate up to 5 people. It has been refurbished recently, preserving its old character and adding the quality of nowadays comfort. The house is fully furnished and equipped has 120 square metres is comprised of three floors:
Ground floor: Entrance with a open living room, kitchen and dining space;
First floor: Living room with sofa bed and access to balcony + double bedroom with access to balcony + complete bathroom with shower;
Second floor: double bedroom with access to balcony + double bedroom with 2 single beds with access to balcony + complete bathroom with bathtub.
The basement storage area is closed to access.

Das Haus ist der ideale Ort, um mit der Familie, Freunden oder auf Unternehmen zu bleiben, kann bis zu 5 Personen unterbringen. Es wurde kürzlich renoviert, wobei der alte Charakter erhalten blieb und die Qualität des heutigen Komforts hinzugefügt wurde. Das Haus ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet hat 120 Quadratmetern besteht aus drei Etagen:
Erdgeschoss: Eingangsbereich mit offenem Wohnzimmer, Küche und Essbereich;
Erster Stock: Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Zugang zum Balkon + Doppelzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon + komplettes Bad mit Dusche;
Zweite Etage: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Zugang zum Balkon + Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten und Zugang zum Balkon + komplettes Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
