Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber der alten Kirche von Terville, die in eine Mediathek umgewandelt wurde. Es ist 25 Autominuten von Metz und Luxemburg entfernt und 5 Minuten vom Einkaufszentrum Geric mit seinen Boutiquen. Darüber hinaus ist es weniger als 10 Autominuten vom Bahnhof Thionville entfernt und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in weniger als einer Viertelstunde erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle sowie kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich in der Nähe.
