This luxurious apartment has an open-plan living-dining room and kitchen with full length patio doors, which flood the room with light. They lead out to the large sunny south-east facing balcony with outdoor table and chairs, and relaxing sun-loungers where you can take in the wonderful view of the Marina and river.

The contemporary kitchen is fully-equipped with with granite worktops, generous island, and top of the range appliances, including induction hob with integrated hob extractor, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

There are 2 double bedrooms; one is en-suite and the other has a desk and chair and a separate shower-room. Both bedrooms share a balcony facing the communal pool terrace.

Property features include air-conditioning throughout, underfloor heating, solar panels for hot water, electric window blinds, integrated sound system, Fibre Wi-Fi and parking space in the underground garage.

Guests have free access to the outdoor swimming pool and to the indoor pool, gym, and sauna.

Situated in a great location, with cafes, restaurants and shops in the immediate area. The Marina, beach and town centre are all within walking distance, making this the perfect base for your extended summertime stay in Lagos.

Note that since the rent is more than €2,500 per month, we will need to ask you to complete a form for IMPIC and supply proof of address and employment/retirement to satisfy the Portuguese authority's money laundering regulations.
