Nature at your fingertips - 1 km from the house is a beautiful path along the meander of the Botič stream, which will take you within 10 minutes to the forest park with a dam - the largest water area in Prague with two sandy beaches and plenty of activities. I will be happy to give you tips on my favorite running and cycling circuits.
Ideal for car owners - in front of the house there is a large private parking lot where you can park for free as a guest of the house, the entrance to the main city ring road is 3 minutes drive from the house, within 300 meters there are 3 gas stations (OMV, Shell, RobinOil)

The location is perfect for those who don't like the noise of the city centre. The supermarket and the tram station are just opposite the house and you can easily reach the centre in about half an hour. Adam is very responsive and helpful owner. We enjoyed every minute staying here!
The landlord Adam is very friendly and positive person, responsive and always ready to help whenever needed. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, equipped with all essential household items, sound insulation is good, everything works perfectly. Flats location is also very convenient, just a 3 minute walk from the shopping center and public transport. I highly recommend this apartment!
