There is a complete kitchen with all appliances, a full bathroom with shower/bath and a king size bed (extra length, high quality mattress). The living room area is separated in a sunken space and has a big tv. No load shedding (power cuts).

Step out into the Company's Gardens, museums, local galleries and top restaurants. You also have access to a choice of two rooftop pools - one with a bbq area, the other with a gym and laundry room. A garage space in the building (same floor as apartment) can be arranged extra for a monthly fee.
