There's a 24-7 grocery story right across the streen and a big mall about 3 minutes from the house with Penny Market, DM, etc. Arena mall is about 10 minutes walking distance, with a many shops, restaurants and a cinema.
There are great restaurants, fast food places and bars every way you start walking in this neighborhood, as well as the City Park, the biggest park in Budapest is also about 5 mintues away. And despite the proximity to literally everything, the windows look to a quiet and peaceful street
Is there a better location in Budapest? I don't think so :)

All of my apartments are freshly renovated and in excellent condition, I'm very attentive about this because that's what I would want as a guest too. My apartments are excellent for a mid- or long term stay as there's plenty of kitchen appliances and supplies as you can see on the photos. My studios are air conditioned. If there's any technical issue, I'm quick to help at all times. I hope to see you soon and wish you an excellent stay!

David was great. Helpful and communicative and super flexible. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The AC was a must in August. Great view and the windows shut out any sound from the street below. The bus is literally 2 steps from the apartment and it’s super easing to get there from the airport. I enjoyed my time here and will miss it! Thanks David!

Neighborhood
Locals live in this area. The mall next door has a pretty good selection of stores. Most shopkeepers speak bare minimum English so don’t expect it, but everyone is friendly if you smile and greet them. The prices are good because tourists aren’t common. The apartments are beautiful old buildings and it’s very historical energy.
