Roger de Flor, diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage eines Gebäudes mit wenigen Nachbarn und Aufzug, nur 300 Meter vom Strand von Puerto Pollensa entfernt.

Dieses geräumige Ferienwohnung ist aufgeteilt in ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Zugang vom Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, so dass es Ihnen in Ihrem Urlaub an nichts fehlt, die einen Tisch für das Frühstück hat und die mit einer anderen hinteren Terrasse mit klarem Blick, mit Tisch und Stühlen und einem mobilen Grill verbunden ist.

Das Haus ist für eine 6-köpfige Familie geeignet, da es über drei Doppelschlafzimmer und zwei komplette Bäder mit Dusche verfügt.Zwei der Schlafzimmer, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten von 0,90x1,90 cm und das andere mit einem Doppelbett von 1,20x1,90 cm, teilen sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und haben auch einen gemeinsamen Ausgang zur hinteren Terrasse. Das dritte Schlafzimmer, mit einem Doppelbett von 1,40x2,00 cm, hat ein eigenes Bad.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, und ist mit Klimaanlage und Heizung im Wohnzimmer und in den drei Schlafzimmern, Internet Wifi, Smart TV, Sat, Geschirrspüler, Haartrockner, ..... ausgestattet.

Die Lage ist ideal, um auf das Auto zu verzichten, da im Zentrum von Puerto Pollensa gelegen, ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar, die Hipercentro Supermarkt bei 120mts, Apotheke bei 80 mts, mehrere Restaurants in einem Umkreis von 50 bis 300 mts, der Sandstrand bei nur 300 mts zu Fuß erreichbar.

Und wenn Sie sich für einen der Tage des Aufenthalts, ein Auto zu mieten, empfehlen wir einen Ausflug zum Leuchtturm Formentor mit beeindruckenden Ansichten und den Strand von Formentor zu besuchen, oder ohne zu zögern besuchen Sie die Stadt Pollensa, dass die Besucher bietet unzählige Punkte von Interesse, oder gehen Sie zu Cala San Vicente und genießen Sie die schöne Aussicht auf den Berg von Cavall Bernat verbringen den Tag am Strand ....
