This Penthouse Studio has a large Balcony with a 180º View over the City. There's a Fully Equipped Kitchen, a Work/Dinning Area and Complete Bathroom. The Bed size is 150x200 cm (Queen-Size Bed) and when lifted up you gain access to the Couch. There's a Projector to watch Movies /TV and a Closet.
This Studio is located in the city centre of Espinho, a coastline city with amazing beaches and all services you may need during your stay. You can easily travel to the big city of Porto by trains, car or taxi/Uber. It takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Porto. In my opinion, this is the best city to live at in this Region.
Due to the cancellation policies on this website, only requests with a maximum distance to check-in of 30 days or less will be accepted, and with a maximum stay of 1 month. if you wish to stay longer than 1 month, you can send an initial request of 1 month and later send request(s) for the remaining period(s).

Dieses Studio befindet sich im Stadtzentrum von Espinho, einer Küstenstadt mit traumhaften Stränden und allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen. Sie können die Großstadt Porto bequem mit dem Zug, dem Auto oder per Taxi/Uber erreichen. Die Fahrt nach Porto dauert etwa 20 Minuten. Meiner Meinung nach ist dies die beste Stadt zum Leben in dieser Region.
