This modern apartment is located in the city centre, but in a quiet street, in a typical Viennese house built around 1900, on the 2nd floor without lift. The Austrians call it an "Altbau".
This is an old Austrian building that has been restored but still retains the details of pre-war Vienna. You will see washbasins on each floor for example.The house is currently maintained in good condition, like most of the old houses in Vienna.
The house is next to the underground station "Meidlinghauptstrasse", where you can visit a new big shopping centre, and from there you can walk along a pedestrian street with many shops and cafes to the train station "Wien Meidling", from where trains go to Salzburg, Budapest, Bratislava and other cities.

I have been renting out my flats via Airbnb (I am a superhost) since 2012, except for the period of the Covid epidemic when we moved to Upper Austria to help my daughter with the children. Now I would like to offer my apartments not only for daily rent but also for medium-term rent for a minimum of 31 days and a maximum of 89 days.

Viktoria was very communicative and quick to respond, making the whole experience smooth and easy. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Great location too — just a short walk from the U-Bahn, so getting around is simple and convenient
