We believe that the location is at the top of the priority list for a vacation or business trip. therefore, the main feature of this apartment is its location. We have managed to provide our guests with an apartment that is about a 5-minute walk from the city center, located in a very peaceful area.

The apartment is 55m2 + a balcony, and its design will not leave you indifferent.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

We would like to highlight the, parking space, free fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, working table, AC, and many more things...

- The apartment is spacious, bright, and comfortable. It is located in the center, considered the most attractive part of the city. Despite being in the center, the neighborhood is exceptionally peaceful.

- The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

- The design is captivating. The living room features a pull-out sofa, a chest of drawers, and authentic decorations. The dining table is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with both appliances (refrigerator, freezer, extractor hood, built-in stove, kettle, etc.) and utensils for preparing your favorite meals.

- The double bed is located in a large bedroom. It is extremely comfortable, as emphasized by our previous guests in their reviews. The bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning, enhancing comfort. A large wardrobe is available for storage, and a work desk with an ergonomic chair is a significant advantage, especially for those planning to work from the apartment.

- Another noteworthy feature is one more separate room equipped with a single bed. The room has a large and spacious wardrobe and is courtyard-oriented.

- The terrace is also a significant factor, as we all enjoy breathing in some fresh air from time to time. Here, you can savor your favorite coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoy a quality glass of wine while witnessing the sunset.

- Everything in the apartment is free for your use, including air conditioning, parking space, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, cable TV, and many other amenities.

- The apartment is courtyard-oriented, allowing you to keep an eye on your vehicle in the parking lot.

Hello world! I am Milos, and I live in Novi Sad. This is is a wonderful place for tourism, chilling, relaxing, family time, couples... There is so many things to see like architecture, Petrovaradin Fortress, center, river Danube, Ribarac... People are very polite and pleasant , hygiene is excellent, city is very clean. There is also a nightlife and so many clubs, fancy or romantic restaurants... It will be my pleasure to host you!
