away of a beautiful beach named EDEM beach
wich is an organized plaz with beach bars and beach restaurants and the biggest part of the plaz is free. Some one can bring his own umbrella ,chairs etc and buy what ever he likes in good prices from a super market wich is 100 meters from the EDEM beach.
My flat is situated 7 km away from Athens center
and 5 Km away from the harbor of Pireas and 600 meters away from the ALIMOS marine and 3 Km away from Flisvos -Trocadero Marine.
!00 meters from my flat there are bus and tram stations and someone can go directly to Athens ,to the harbor of Pirea and to the central airport of Athens named ELEFTRERIOS BENIZELOS.
Some one can get the tram and in 45 mimutes arrive directly to ACROPOLIS and the rest of the Greek ancient monuments.
Also some one can get the tram and in 30 mimutes arrive at the harbor of Pireas and take
part in daily excursions by boat to the nearby islands.
200 meters away of my flat there are 2 super markets
where some one can buy precooked meals and
beverage.
My flat is about 50s.q meters and has one bed rooms ,a separeted full equipped kitchen ,a living room ,a bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine and hair dryer.
In the bedroom there is a large double bed 210 cm lenth and 180 cm width .This large double
bed can be separeted in 2 single beds if the guests like this arrangement.
One small working desk can be placed so the guest can work alone without distractions.

und 5 km vom Hafen von Piräus und 600 Meter von der ALIMOS Marine und 3 km von Flisvos-Trocadero Marine entfernt.
00 Meter von meiner Wohnung entfernt befinden sich Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen, von denen aus man direkt nach Athen, zum Hafen von Piräus und zum Zentralflughafen von Athen ELEFTRERIOS BENIZELOS fahren kann.
Man kann die Straßenbahn nehmen und in 45 Minuten direkt nach ACROPOLIS und zu den anderen antiken griechischen Monumenten gelangen.
Man kann auch die Straßenbahn nehmen und in 30 Minuten den Hafen von Piräus erreichen und an
tagesausflüge mit dem Boot zu den nahegelegenen Inseln unternehmen.
200 Meter von meiner Wohnung entfernt gibt es 2 Supermärkte
wo man Fertiggerichte und Getränke kaufen kann
getränke.
Meine Wohnung ist ca. 50qm groß und hat ein Schlafzimmer, eine separate voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Fön.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett von 210 cm Länge und 180 cm Breite
dieses große Doppelbett kann in 2 Einzelbetten getrennt werden, wenn die Gäste diese Anordnung wünschen.
Ein kleiner Arbeitstisch kann aufgestellt werden, so dass der Gast alleine und ohne Ablenkung arbeiten kann.

I have been providing hospitality from 2020 and i have cooperated with 3 short term rental platforms and i have been host of 85 guests and 72 of them were very satisfied from me and 13 have writen bad comments about their stay in my place mostly because i reprimand them because at night they invited frients to spend the night in my ***** example they had got a good price for 3 persons and finally they were 6 persons. I live in the same building and i try to resolve any inconvenience as soon as possible.
