Small and charming apartment in the heart of Mouraria, in one of Lisbons most famous and authentic historical neighborhoods. Located in walking distance to most of Lisbon's finest districts including Baixa, Graça, Alfama, Bairro Alto and the castle - Enjoy Lisbon's true spirit among the locals!
The apartment is in the authentic and original part of one of the oldest districts of Lisbon and is nestled in a old traditional building, as in all of those kind of buildings the wooden stairs are narrow and rather old - so watch your step. The renovations where made in consideration leaving the original floor plan - which makes the place authentic and leaves it a bit smaller then a place with open floor plan.
The apartment is in a building with local residents of families and facing outside stairs that are frequented by locals and tourists also late night. The type of building has basic isolation meaning that it can be noisy sometimes.
It's a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a small living room.
- Both bedrooms have king size beds (160cmx200cm)
- Living room has a small sofa and natural lighting with a small Juliet balcony.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with 2 heating plates, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im authentischen und ursprünglichen Teil eines der ältesten Stadtteile Lissabons und ist in einem alten, traditionellen Gebäude untergebracht. Wie in allen Gebäuden dieser Art sind die Holztreppen schmal und ziemlich alt – achten Sie also auf Ihre Schritte. Bei den Renovierungsarbeiten wurde darauf geachtet, den ursprünglichen Grundriss beizubehalten – was die Wohnung authentisch macht, sie aber etwas kleiner erscheinen lässt als eine Wohnung mit offenem Grundriss.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäude, in dem Familien aus der Nachbarschaft wohnen, und liegt an einer Außentreppe, die auch spät in der Nacht von Einheimischen und Touristen frequentiert wird. Die Art des Gebäudes weist nur eine einfache Schalldämmung auf, was bedeutet, dass es manchmal laut sein kann.
Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Badezimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem kleinen Wohnzimmer.
– Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Kingsize-Betten (160 cm x 200 cm).
– Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem kleinen Sofa ausgestattet, bietet Tageslicht und verfügt über einen kleinen Juliet-Balkon.
– Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit 2 Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Waschmaschine.
- Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und ist mit einem Föhn sowie einem Erste-Hilfe-Set ausgestattet.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
