While they handle the cleaning and key handover with great care, I manage the online communication and bookings (since they aren't too familiar with technology). They put everything else into it: their time, their soul, and a genuine hospitality that you won’t find everywhere. We’ve been renting our apartment through various platforms for several years now, and we're now excited to offer it for longer-term stays, whether for work or seasonal reasons, through Flatio, to connect with wonderful people like YOU! However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
