The studio is the smaller of the building’s 2 ground floor studios; because the building is on a sloped lot, the flat has a long “first floor” balcony.
It has been entirely renovated and designed, as well as nicely furnished and fully equipped to meet all the comforts one misses when away from home.
The main living space consists of a double bed, a sofa, and a small desk with useful shelf space above it.
The entire wall to the left of the studio’s entrance contains sufficient storage space; the hallway ends at the elegant open-plan kitchen, with a small fridge, microwave oven, ceramic cook top, coffee maker, as well as all necessary kitchenware. A small breakfast table in front of the kitchen counter meets the needs of 2 people.
The bathroom contains a fitted wooden cupboard, while the shower is separated by a glass partition.The studio is air-conditioned making it suitable for year-round occupancy. Bed linens & towels are all provided, along with a complimentary toiletries' welcome pack.

Das Studio ist das kleinere der beiden Studios im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes; da das Gebäude auf einem abschüssigen Grundstück steht, verfügt die Wohnung über einen langen Balkon im „ersten Stock”.
Es wurde komplett renoviert und neu gestaltet sowie schön eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet, um allen Komfort zu bieten, den man fern von zu Hause vermisst.
Der Hauptwohnbereich besteht aus einem Doppelbett, einem Sofa und einem kleinen Schreibtisch mit praktischem Stauraum darüber.
Die gesamte Wand links vom Eingang des Studios bietet ausreichend Stauraum. Der Flur endet an der eleganten offenen Küche mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank, einer Mikrowelle, einem Cerankochfeld, einer Kaffeemaschine sowie allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien. Ein kleiner Frühstückstisch vor der Küchentheke bietet Platz für 2 Personen.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über einen Einbauschrank aus Holz, während die Dusche durch eine Glaswand abgetrennt ist. Das Studio ist klimatisiert und somit für eine ganzjährige Nutzung geeignet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, ebenso wie ein kostenloses Willkommenspaket mit Toilettenartikeln.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
