Hello, my name is Bárbara Marroquín, and it’s a pleasure to welcome you to our apartment. I have been renting this property for over 2 years, and I personally designed the apartment, taking care of every detail to make it a comfortable, functional, and cozy space. My goal is for you to feel at home from day one. Sometimes, you will also be in contact with my mother, Vilma, who helps me manage the apartment and will be happy to assist you whenever needed. I am 33 years old, hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, and currently live in Barcelona, where I work in a consumer goods company. Even though I’m abroad, I am always available for you. However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
