In a very safe, family area in the heart of Athens, this nice and cozy apartment will become your home for as long you need to stay in our city.
You will have all the amenities described and my assistance with anything you need.
I am here to help you become a local! I will give you tips and suggestions but also help you overcome any possible difficulty.
On your spare time, a walk to Acropolis (which is only 10 minutes walk away) or a relaxing day at the beach, will ideally recharge you ;)
Supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy hairdressers... everything is literally a few steps from your doorstep!(Needless to say that metro,tram, buses, hop on hop off buses even the KTEL buses that take you to Sounio are at a distance of 4 minutes walk!)

In Ihrer Freizeit können Sie einen Spaziergang zur Akropolis (die nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist) unternehmen oder einen entspannten Tag am Strand verbringen – das ist die ideale Art, neue Energie zu tanken ;)
Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Apotheke, Friseure... alles ist buchstäblich nur wenige Schritte von Ihrer Haustür entfernt! (Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Busse, Hop-on-Hop-off-Busse und sogar die KTEL-Busse, die Sie nach Sounio bringen, nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt sind!)

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
