Diese sehr helle Wohnung ist das Ergebnis einer umfassenden Kernsanierung einer 300 Jahre alten Scheune. Auf drei Ebenen angelegt, vermittelt sie das Gefühl eines Hauses im Haus. Sämtliche Ausstattung ist neu und wurde im Januar 2023 fertiggestellt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Regendusche, eine neue Küche, eine Waschmaschine, hochwertige Fußböden in Küche und Wohnzimmer sowie einen schönen Blick ins Grüne und auf einen Teich.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt über der kleinsten Lachsräucherei Frankfurts. Im Hof finden gelegentlich kleine Veranstaltungen statt, in der Regel ein- bis zweimal im Monat, bei denen Speisen und Weine verkostet werden. An diesen Tagen kann es zu einer etwas erhöhten Geräuschkulisse kommen.

Die Wohnung liegt in Bergen-Enkheim, einem sehr ruhigen und friedlichen Stadtteil. Die Frankfurter Innenstadt ist bequem erreichbar und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Bergen-Enkheim selbst bietet eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, einen wunderschönen Wald für Spaziergänge und Erholung, ein großes Schwimmbad mit weitläufigem Außenbereich und Sauna, mehrere Supermärkte sowie sehr gute Bus- und Bahnverbindungen in die Stadt.

Wir wohnen selbst im Nachbarhaus und arbeiten in der Lachsräucherei, sodass wir jederzeit ansprechbar sind, falls Fragen aufkommen oder Hilfe benötigt wird. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Hof zwar gemeinsam zum Durchgang genutzt wird, jedoch ausschließlich uns zur privaten Nutzung und nicht als Aufenthalts- oder Sitzbereich für Gäste zur Verfügung steht.
