It takes only 25 minutes to get to the Center by bus or by tram but you live close to a forest, places to ride a bike, skateboard, exercise outdoors in a calm and quiet area - with kind and polite neighbors in this privately owned apartment building.
The building has an elevator, laundry room with laundry machines, parking for cars and bicycles (in-house garage is not included in the price, may be rented separately for additional fee, but you can easily find a free (not paid) , parking place in the street).
