This stylish first-floor apartment offers a well-balanced layout with a balcony and two large windows overlooking the street, providing excellent natural light and a pleasant urban view. Fully renovated in 2025 and managed by Homeclub, the building consists of just six units, ensuring a calm and curated stay.
The space
This exterior-facing apartment on the first floor has 32 sqm and capacity for three people.
Living and dining area
The living-dining area features functional furniture with clean lines and natural materials. It includes a round table with matching chairs, a sofa bed and an adjustable floor lamp. In front of the seating area there is a wall-mounted television. The open kitchen is fitted with white cabinetry and a warm-toned stone backsplash that adds texture to the space.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and small appliances (toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker), as well as a dishwasher. A vacuum cleaner is also provided.
Bedroom
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two bedside tables.
Bathroom
The apartment has one fully equipped bathroom with shower.
Guest access
Please note: as this is a protected historic building, it does not have an elevator. Access to this first-floor apartment is via stairs.

Es gibt einen runden Tisch mit passenden Stühlen, ein Schlafsofa und eine verstellbare Stehlampe. Vor dem Sitzbereich hängt ein an der Wand montierter Fernseher. Die offene Küche ist mit weißen Schränken und einer Rückwand aus Naturstein in warmen Tönen ausgestattet, die dem Raum Textur verleiht.
Küche
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr und Kleingeräten (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Entsafter, Kaffeemaschine) sowie einem Geschirrspüler. Ein Staubsauger steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Schlafzimmer
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Nachttischen eingerichtet.
Badezimmer
Die Wohnung hat ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche.
