Sie ist komplett möbliert und auf komfortables Wohnen ausgelegt, egal ob Sie Student, Berufstätiger oder Expat sind, der sich für einen längeren Zeitraum in Nanchang aufhält.

Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
