Welcome to Casa Bonita! A cosy 60m² penthouse apartment in the heart of the village, with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Reservations are only accepted for work, study, exams, relocation or medical reasons. Tourist bookings are not accepted. Please include the reason for your stay in your booking request message — otherwise it will be declined.
The apartment has two bedrooms: the master bedroom features a comfortable 150x200 bed with an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a 90x200 bunk bed and a desk area for studying. There are two beautiful, flower-filled terraces, one of them with a BBQ and outdoor shower to enjoy the fresh air. Two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi and private parking with a lift that goes directly to the apartment.
Centrally located next to the main street, just steps from the town hall, shops, restaurants and markets. A non-tourist residential apartment, ideal for workers, couples, families, exam candidates, students and more. Close to the Colegio de Guardias Jóvenes, 5 minutes by car from the train station, 8 minutes from the hospital and very close to the A4 motorway.

Willkommen in der Casa Bonita! Ein gemütliches 60 m² großes Penthouse-Apartment im Herzen des Dorfes, das alles bietet, was Sie für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt benötigen.
Reservierungen werden nur aus beruflichen, studienbezogenen, prüfungsbedingten, umzugsbedingten oder medizinischen Gründen akzeptiert. Buchungen von Touristen werden nicht angenommen. Bitte geben Sie den Grund für Ihren Aufenthalt in Ihrer Buchungsanfrage an – andernfalls wird diese abgelehnt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer: Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem bequemen 150x200-Bett und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet, und das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein 90x200-Etagenbett sowie einen Schreibtischbereich zum Lernen. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne, blumengeschmückte Terrassen, von denen eine mit einem Grill und einer Außendusche ausgestattet ist, um die frische Luft zu genießen. Zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, schnelles WLAN und ein privater Parkplatz mit einem Aufzug, der direkt zur Wohnung führt.
Zentral gelegen an der Hauptstraße, nur wenige Schritte vom Rathaus, Geschäften, Restaurants und Märkten entfernt. Eine nicht-touristische Wohnwohnung, ideal für Berufstätige, Paare, Familien, Prüfungskandidaten, Studenten und mehr. In der Nähe des Colegio de Guardias Jóvenes, 5 Autominuten vom Bahnhof, 8 Minuten vom Krankenhaus und ganz in der Nähe der Autobahn A4.

También como verás cuando te alojes, soy un apasionado de la fotografía, el arte, la Historia, la ciencia y los viajes.... soy una mente inquieta. Es un placer para mi compartir una parte de mi vida, mi apartamento, con alguien con esas mismas inquietudes y que necesite una estancia de temporada cerca de Madrid, pero alejado del bullicioso centro. You'll also discover, during your stay, that I'm deeply passionate about photography, art, history, science and travel — I'm a restless, curious mind. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
