Situated in the centre of Prague, in the residential and business district. Within walking distance of Wenceslas Square, the National Museum, the Prague Congress Centre, and all major historical sights. This elegant hotel housed in a nice building from 1910 features accommodation with studio rooms of high standard: large, light and quiet (particularly if they open on the yard).
Double rooms, which can also be used as single, or triple with an extra bed, are parqueted, with high ceilings, and decorated with lavishly design furniture and fabrics. A cupboard elegantly dissimulates a tiny though complete kitchenette: with stove, fridge/minibar, sink, and dishes.
All rooms are fitted with first class equipment: satellite TV and a large safe (perfect for keeping your laptop computer). Rooms on the street side have air-conditioning during the summer months. Bathrooms are well appointed with shower and hair-dryer.
Good range of services: featuring 24 hour reception, small meeting room, lobby bar, garage parking on request for 520CZK per day, internet corner, laundry service and all business and tourist information.

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Wenzelsplatz, dem Nationalmuseum, dem Prager Kongresszentrum und allen wichtigen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das elegante Hotel ist in einem schönen Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1910 untergebracht und verfügt über Studiozimmer mit hohem Standard: groß, hell und ruhig (vor allem, wenn sie zum Hof hin offen sind).
Die Doppelzimmer, die auch als Einzel- oder Dreibettzimmer mit einem Zusatzbett genutzt werden können, sind mit Parkett ausgelegt, haben hohe Decken und sind mit aufwendig gestalteten Möbeln und Stoffen eingerichtet. Ein Schrank täuscht elegant eine kleine, aber vollständige Küchenzeile vor: mit Herd, Kühlschrank/Minibar, Spüle und Geschirr.
Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine erstklassige Ausstattung: Satellitenfernsehen und einen großen Safe (ideal für Ihren Laptop). Die Zimmer auf der Straßenseite sind in den Sommermonaten klimatisiert. Die Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit Dusche und Haartrockner.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
