Helles, modernes Loft mit ausgestatteter Küche und Internet – ideal für Paare. Dieses helle Loft für zwei Personen bietet eine moderne und gemütliche Atmosphäre in einer verkehrsgünstig gelegenen Gegend von Valencia. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im siebten Stock (mit Aufzug) und ist offen sowie funktional gestaltet; sie verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelbett, einen Wohnbereich mit Sofa sowie einen Essbereich, der in die offene Küche integriert ist. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Kochutensilien und allem, was man für die bequeme Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten benötigt. Das Badezimmer ist modern und praktisch; zudem verfügt die Unterkunft über eine zentrale Klimaanlage (warm/kalt), die das ganze Jahr über für ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgt. Bettwäsche und ein High-Speed-Internetzugang sind ebenfalls inbegriffen – ideal für ungestörtes Arbeiten im Homeoffice. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu genießen. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt liegt der weitläufige und schöne Turia-Park, der sich hervorragend zum Spazierengehen, für Sport oder für Radtouren durch Valencia eignet. Auch der Bioparc Valencia ist leicht zu erreichen – ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ausflugsziel für alle, die etwas Besonderes erleben möchten. In der Umgebung befinden sich Stadtviertel wie Benicalap und Campanar mit Supermärkten, Geschäften, Cafés und weiteren Einrichtungen, die den Aufenthalt angenehm gestalten. Die Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum ist dank nahegelegener U-Bahn-Stationen wie Empalme oder Beniferri sowie diverser Buslinien, die direkt in die historischen, geschäftlichen und kulturellen Viertel führen, schnell und unkompliziert. Auch mit dem Fahrrad lässt es sich dank der nahegelegenen Radwege und des direkten Zugangs zum Turia-Park (im ehemaligen Flussbett) hervorragend unterwegs sein. Siebter Stock mit Aufzug. Den Mietern steht die gesamte Wohnung zur Verfügung. Die Mietdauer beträgt mindestens einen Monat und maximal elf Monate; zudem ist eine Kaution zu hinterlegen. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Der Gutschein kann für Ihre nächste Reservierung verwendet werden und ist 12 Monate gültig. Wenn die Servicegebühr für Ihre nächste Reservierung niedriger ist als der Gutscheinbetrag, stellen wir Ihnen einen neuen Gutschein über den Restbetrag aus, der 12 Monate gültig ist.
