You can expect a 'pretty' wild mess that's perfect for butterflies🦋, birds🦜or mushroom🍄 spotting, depending on the season.

❣️ Selbstversorger-Unterkunft und keine Reinigungsgebühr – ihr seid dafür verantwortlich, das Studio zu reinigen und in dem Zustand zurückzugeben, in dem es euch beim Check-in übergeben wurde.
Dazu gehört auch, dass ihr euren Müll in die dafür vorgesehenen Behälter 🚮 entsorgt: Essensreste, Seifenreste sowie alle nicht mehr benötigten persönlichen Gegenstände.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
