A very quiet neighborhood with lots of walking opportunities. There are three large bedrooms with all amenities including bedding, pillows, throws and extra blankets. One of the three bathrooms has a walk in Jacuzzi tub and the other full bath has a wonderful rain shower unit. Relax on a private oversized deck that faces a gorgeous marsh. Take advantage of A.C. in all rooms, central heat, ceiling fans in most rooms, plenty of storage and updated appliances. Everything is taken care of, including; a beach wagon, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, coolers and many board games.
