Located in Budapest’s prestigious 6th district, the apartment is just a short walk from Andrássy Avenue, the historic M1 metro (the oldest metro line in continental Europe), Heroes’ Square and City Park (Városliget). Shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, and night tram services provide excellent public transport around the clock.
Despite its central location, the building is quiet and peaceful with respectful neighbours, making it a great place to relax after a busy day.
The apartment stays pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter, but also air conditioning is available for exceptionally hot days.

Plus, the 24/7 tram line is very close too, making it effortless to explore Budapest at any hour of the day or night. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
