All bedrooms will guarantee you a restful night of sleep with each room’s darkening curtains.
LIVING ROOM
In the beautifully laid out living & dining area with a 45’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable sofa/sofa bed (also possible to be used as the 4th bed, considered a double bed ). The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The access to the garden is from the living room.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is on your left when you enter. It's a very spacious kitchen with an extra table & 3 chairs (if you’d like to have an early coffee and not to wake up anyone ;)). The kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with oil, balsamic, coffee, tea, a big toaster, kettle, French press, Nespresso De'Longhi coffee machine, big fridge, grill & oven, microwave, dishwasher & more.
BATHROOM
The house has one bathroom (separate walk-in spacious shower) & 1 toilet (separate). The bathroom benefits from a big shower head.
BABY COT
We have a foldable cot with a small mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you. We don’t provide a baby proper mattress or any baby duvet/bedding. Please bring your own :)
GARDEN
Lastly, let us not forget to mention our spacious sun-soaked garden. This is a perfect area where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. It has 2 small tables and seats 6 people.

Im wunderschön gestalteten Wohn- und Essbereich mit einem 45-Zoll-Fernseher (Netflix) finden Sie ein bequemes Sofa/Schlafsofa (das auch als viertes Bett genutzt werden kann und als Doppelbett gilt). Das Wohnzimmer ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Zeit zu genießen. Der Zugang zum Garten erfolgt vom Wohnzimmer aus.
KÜCHE
Die Küche befindet sich links vom Eingang. Es ist eine sehr geräumige Küche mit einem zusätzlichen Tisch und drei Stühlen (falls Sie gerne früh einen Kaffee trinken möchten, ohne jemanden zu wecken ;)). Die Küche bietet ein heimisches Ambiente, in dem Sie Ihre Kochkünste unter Beweis stellen können. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Öl, Balsamico, Kaffee, Tee, einem großen Toaster, Wasserkocher, einer French Press, einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine von De’Longhi, einem großen Kühlschrank, Grill und Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und vielem mehr.
BADEZIMMER
Das Haus verfügt über ein Badezimmer (separate, geräumige begehbare Dusche) und eine separate Toilette. Das Badezimmer ist mit einem großen Duschkopf ausgestattet.

Wir haben ein klappbares Babybett mit einer kleinen Matratze (100 × 74 × 74 cm, an allen vier Seiten mit Netz, geeignet von der Geburt bis zu 36 Monaten). How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
