The terrace is one of our favorite parts of the apartment – it is a wonderful place to have your morning coffee or breakfast outside. The apartment is also very bright, sunny and well-ventilated throughout the day.
Utilities: There is no gas in the apartment; everything is electric. The TV and internet are on the highest/fastest available package. Utility costs depend on individual usage, and based on our experience, the overall running costs are low.
Location:
The Bálna and the Danube riverbank are approximately a 5-minute walk away. The neighborhood has practically everything you could need, including restaurants, cafés, cultural attractions, entertainment and sports facilities. Public transportation is excellent, with metro lines, trams and buses all easily accessible.
We genuinely love this apartment, so we are primarily looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of it and appreciate it as much as we do. Preference will be given to someone looking to rent for the full approximately 5.5-month period.

Versorgung: In der Wohnung gibt es kein Gas; alles läuft mit Strom. Fernsehen und Internet sind im leistungsstärksten bzw. schnellsten verfügbaren Paket enthalten. Die Nebenkosten hängen vom individuellen Verbrauch ab, und unserer Erfahrung nach sind die laufenden Kosten insgesamt gering.
Lage:
Die Bálna und das Donauufer sind etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft bietet praktisch alles, was man brauchen könnte, darunter Restaurants, Cafés, kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Unterhaltungs- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend: U-Bahn-Linien, Straßenbahnen und Busse sind alle leicht erreichbar.
