This flat is located on the ground floor & has amazing high ceilings. The flat has everything you need for your stay with a fitted kitchenette and bathroom. The flat is very cosy, with one big window, other window is high and rather for decoration, the flat has less day light but it's even more cosy :)
The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighbourhood is residential whilst being 15 minutes away from the city center - win-win! :)

OBJEKTBESCHREIBUNG: Unser wunderschönes Studio-Apartment ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen angenehmen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in London. Wir haben es so gestaltet, dass es ein „Zuhause fern von Zuhause“ ist :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über beeindruckend hohe Decken. Mit einer Einbauküchenzeile und einem Badezimmer bietet sie alles, was ihr für euren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, mit einem großen Fenster; das andere Fenster ist hoch angebracht und dient eher der Dekoration – dadurch gibt es zwar etwas weniger Tageslicht, aber dafür ist es umso gemütlicher :)
Die Wohnung wurde so gestaltet, dass sie funktional und komfortabel ist und zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag voller London-Erkundungen einlädt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ein Wohnviertel und liegt dennoch nur 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt – eine Win-Win-Situation! :)

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
