This is a family house with four units - we live in the fourth, year-round, and are available to help with anything you might need.
Private parking on site. Flixbus station is 5 min away if you prefer exploring the surrounding sites by public transport.
Pirovac itself is a small coastal town between Šibenik (~20 min) and Zadar (~40 min). The sea is 50 metres from the door, the old town 100 metres, and groceries, a bakery and year-round cafés and restaurants are a short 5 min walk. Krka National Park is half an hour away; the Kornati boats leave from Murter, ten minutes down the road. Off-season it's quiet in the best sense - locals, long sea walks, and nothing to interrupt a focused month of work.

Pirovac selbst ist ein kleines Küstenstädtchen zwischen Šibenik (~20 Min.) und Zadar (~40 Min.). Das Meer ist 50 Meter von der Haustür entfernt, die Altstadt 100 Meter, und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Bäckerei sowie ganzjährig geöffnete Cafés und Restaurants sind in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Nationalpark Krka ist eine halbe Stunde entfernt; die Boote zu den Kornati-Inseln legen in Murter ab, das zehn Minuten die Straße hinunter liegt. Außerhalb der Saison ist es hier im besten Sinne ruhig – Einheimische, lange Spaziergänge am Meer und nichts, was einen konzentrierten Arbeitsmonat stören könnte.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
