Make yourself at home on Bulevardi, one of Helsinki’s most charming streets. Fully renovated in September 2026, this furnished studio combines a central location with south-facing rooftop views and everything you need for a comfortable longer stay.
Flexible rental period. Whether you are relocating to Helsinki, working here temporarily or looking for a home for a longer period, the rental duration can be agreed to suit your needs.

A BRIGHT, FURNISHED HOME
The apartment’s large arched window faces south towards Bulevardi and over the surrounding rooftops, bringing in plenty of natural light and giving the space its distinctive character. The apartment is furnished, so you can settle in without having to buy or move furniture.
Two 90 × 200 cm beds are joined together to form a 180 × 200 cm double bed. They can also be separated into two single beds. An additional folding bed can be arranged if needed.
Blackout curtains help keep the sleeping area dark, while separate sun-screening and privacy curtains allow you to adjust the light during the day. Open clothing storage, shelves and hangers provide space for your belongings. Cable TV is also available.
KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
The kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster, making everyday meals easy to prepare at home.
The private bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror. A washing machine with a built-in tumble dryer makes longer stays more convenient.
BULEVARDI ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Step outside to explore the neighbourhood’s cafés, restaurants and boutiques, with the historic Café Ekberg nearby. There are plenty of options for a morning coffee, lunch or dinner in the surrounding streets, and the central location makes it easy to explore Helsinki on foot.
The windows face Bulevardi, while the building entrance is reached from Fredrikinkatu through the courtyard.

EIN HELLES, MÖBLIERTES ZUHAUSE
Das große Bogenfenster der Wohnung ist nach Süden in Richtung Bulevardi und über die umliegenden Dächer ausgerichtet, lässt viel Tageslicht herein und verleiht dem Raum seinen unverwechselbaren Charakter. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, sodass Sie sich einleben können, ohne Möbel kaufen oder transportieren zu müssen.
Zwei Betten (90 × 200 cm) sind zu einem Doppelbett (180 × 200 cm) zusammengestellt. Sie können auch wieder in zwei Einzelbetten getrennt werden. Bei Bedarf kann ein zusätzliches Klappbett bereitgestellt werden.
Verdunkelungsvorhänge sorgen für Dunkelheit im Schlafbereich, während separate Sonnen- und Sichtschutzvorhänge es Ihnen ermöglichen, die Lichtverhältnisse tagsüber anzupassen. Offene Kleiderschränke, Regale und Kleiderbügel bieten Platz für Ihre Sachen. Kabelfernsehen ist ebenfalls verfügbar.
KÜCHE UND WASCHRAUM
Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher und einem Toaster ausgestattet, sodass Sie Ihre täglichen Mahlzeiten ganz einfach zu Hause zubereiten können.
Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, eine Toilette, ein Waschbecken und einen Spiegel. Eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Wäschetrockner macht längere Aufenthalte noch komfortabler.
DER BULEVARDI VOR DER HAUSTÜR
Machen Sie sich auf den Weg, um die Cafés, Restaurants und Boutiquen der Nachbarschaft zu erkunden – darunter das historische Café Ekberg in der Nähe. In den umliegenden Straßen gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für einen Morgenkaffee, ein Mittag- oder Abendessen, und dank der zentralen Lage lässt sich Helsinki bequem zu Fuß erkunden.
