The loft is a beautiful first-floor apartment in an independent villa with garden. The Casa is renovated with a lot of care ❤️ and it's perfect for medium stays (between 31 and 180 days).
It offers two double bedrooms, a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, 5m of a fully equipped kitchen and a vast living room with an incomparable sea view.
A beautiful large terrace with dinner table, sofa couch and shadow tent, goes around the floor with sea view, inside fire place, a comfortable private access (with stairs) and inside free parking.
The apartment has WiFi, 3 large heating/air conditioning machines and is alimented by solar panels for electricity.
10 minutes by car from the city of Cagliari. Quartu is a few minutes away by car, and so are various supermarkets and a large mall. Also the "saline" park which offer great sunset walks and the coast all the way to Villasimius (half hour by car).

Der Loft ist eine schöne Wohnung im ersten Stock einer freistehenden Villa mit Garten. Die Casa wurde mit viel Sorgfalt renoviert ❤️ und ist ideal für mittellange Aufenthalte (zwischen 31 und 180 Tagen).
Sie bietet zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, 5 m voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit unvergleichlichem Meerblick.
Eine schöne große Terrasse mit Esstisch, Sofa und Sonnensegel verläuft um das Stockwerk herum und bietet Meerblick; dazu gibt es einen Kamin im Innenraum, einen bequemen privaten Zugang (über eine Treppe) und einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN, 3 große Heiz-/Klimageräte und wird mit Solarpaneelen mit Strom versorgt.
10 Autominuten von der Stadt Cagliari entfernt. Quartu ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, ebenso verschiedene Supermärkte und ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Auch der Park "Saline" ist in der Nähe und bietet tolle Spaziergänge bei Sonnenuntergang, ebenso die Küste bis nach Villasimius (eine halbe Autostunde).

Hi, my name is Lucrezia! I speak English, Spanish, German and some French so just reach out if you have any questions. I am from Cagliari but I have lived most of my adult life abroad, and I know very well what's needed in short-term stays, so I made sure to prepare my place to make it as comfortable for you as possible. I have also decorated it with some of my art and most of all with all my heart. The villa itself is immersed in green, quiet, and with an authentic and relaxing vibe. I can promise you that you will fall in love with the view from the terrace, living room, kitchen and bedroom because it's absolutely stunning! The south of Sardinia is special, not too touristic and very sunny all year long. I personally go to the beach every month except some days in January/Feb where the water could be too cold. Whether you're a seasonal worker, a digital nomad or are wandering through the world, I can't wait to host you!

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
