Ein helles und geräumiges privates Dachstudio in Costa da Caparica, nur 6 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Studio wurde neu renoviert und ist mit neuen Möbeln und Geräten ausgestattet.

Das Studio bietet einen ruhigen und unabhängigen Wohnbereich mit einer großen privaten Terrasse, viel Tageslicht, einem eigenen Bad und einer gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile. Es eignet sich für eine Person, insbesondere für Remote-Arbeiter, digitale Nomaden oder internationale Berufstätige, die eine Unterkunft für einen mittelfristigen Aufenthalt am Meer suchen und gleichzeitig eine gute Anbindung an Lissabon schätzen.

Ein besonderes Merkmal des Studios ist die große private Terrasse. Sie bietet einen angenehmen Außenbereich zum Frühstücken, Lesen, Arbeiten, Entspannen oder einfach, um die frische Luft zu genießen.

Im Studio gibt es keine Waschmaschine. Ein Selbstbedienungs-Waschsalon befindet sich jedoch etwa 3–4 Gehminuten entfernt und ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte Wäscheversorgung.

I have always enjoyed meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures. Over the years, I have shared the homes I lived in with Erasmus students and people from different countries, and I have always enjoyed the experience of welcoming people into my home and getting to know them. I also have previous experience managing holiday rentals, including welcoming guests and doing check-ins. What I enjoyed most was meeting people, helping them settle in and being available whenever they needed local advice or practical help. This attic studio is particularly special to me because it is part of my childhood home. I designed and renovated the space specifically to create an independent place for someone to live comfortably for a few months. The attic itself holds many memories for me, so I wanted to give it a new life while keeping the character of the house. The studio has a shared entrance with the main house, but the space itself is completely private and independent. I live in the house, so I am nearby if you need anything, while also respecting your privacy and independence. I particularly enjoy welcoming people who are looking for more than just a place to stay — a comfortable home from which to live, work and discover the area.
