Make yourself at home in this bright and beautifully furnished Loft in Vila Nova de Gaia, just minutes from Porto.
This is my home, available for a limited period while I am travelling, and I am looking for a responsible professional, couple or remote worker who would like to enjoy it as their home in Porto for a few weeks.
This Loft has an incredible terrace where you can watch the sunrise or the stars! The building itself is set in a nice private park, which you can enjoy for open-air exercise. It is 7 mins from the subway, and the supermarket is just around the corner. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi, with a dedicated workspace.
Porto's most famous sunset spot (Jardim do Morro) is a short metro trip away (so are Ribeira, Port wine and the old town!). Gaia Beaches and walking trails are a 10mins Uber ride away.

Rent
The rent includes electricity, water, gas/heating, internet and condominium costs (subject to fair usage)

Preference will be given to stays of approximately 40–45 days.
House rules
This is a private home, so I am looking for someone who will take good care of it (and water my plants).
No parties or events.
No smoking inside the apartment.
Sadly, I am allergic, so no pets are allowed.
A rental agreement will be provided.

Dies ist mein Zuhause, das ich für einen begrenzten Zeitraum vermiete, während ich unterwegs bin. Ich suche eine verantwortungsbewusste berufstätige Person, ein Paar oder jemanden, der remote arbeitet, und der es für ein paar Wochen als sein Zuhause in Porto genießen möchte.
Dieses Loft hat eine unglaubliche Terrasse, auf der Sie den Sonnenaufgang oder die Sterne beobachten können! Das Gebäude selbst liegt in einem schönen privaten Park, den Sie für Sport an der frischen Luft nutzen können. Die U-Bahn ist 7 Minuten entfernt, und der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Schnelles und zuverlässiges WLAN, mit einem eigenen Arbeitsplatz.
Der berühmteste Ort in Porto, um den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen (Jardim do Morro), ist nur eine kurze Fahrt mit der Metro entfernt (ebenso wie Ribeira, Portwein und die Altstadt!). Die Strände von Gaia und Wanderwege erreichen Sie mit einer 10-minütigen Uber-Fahrt.

Miete
In der Miete sind Strom, Wasser, Gas/Heizung, Internet und Nebenkosten der Eigentümergemeinschaft enthalten (bei angemessener Nutzung)
Mindestaufenthalt: 30 Tage
Aufenthalte von etwa 40–45 Tagen werden bevorzugt.
Hausordnung
Dies ist ein privates Zuhause, daher suche ich jemanden, der gut darauf aufpasst (und meine Pflanzen gießt).
Keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Leider bin ich allergisch, daher sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt.
Ein Mietvertrag wird bereitgestellt.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
