Welcome to our cozy 68 m² maisonette in Athens, a little home away from home in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a short walk from the Acropolis.
Set over two levels, the maisonette is perfect for longer stays and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. You’ll have your own private entrance, a separate bedroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom.
There’s also a private outdoor area where you can enjoy your morning coffee, plus access to our green rooftop terrace with lovely views towards the Acropolis hill.
One of the things we love most about the location is that you get a peaceful, local neighbourhood while still being close to everything. The Acropolis is around a 15-minute walk away and the nearest metro station about 10 minutes on foot. You’ll find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and local shops nearby, with a bakery just 2 minutes away and a supermarket around 5 minutes away.
When you feel like exploring, the nearby neighbourhoods of Koukaki, Filopappou, Thissio and Petralona are full of cafés, restaurants and that relaxed Athenian atmosphere and of course, the historic centre is right on your doorstep.
There is also free private parking, which is a real bonus if you’re staying in Athens for a while or travelling by car.
The maisonette is fully independent and works equally well for professionals, couples, families or anyone looking to slow down and enjoy Athens for a month or longer.
A small note: The Greek Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (Environmental Fee) is charged separately from the rental price, at €8 per day from April to October and €2 per day from November to March.

Die auf zwei Ebenen angelegte Maisonette ist ideal für längere Aufenthalte und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 4 Gäste. Sie haben Ihren eigenen privaten Eingang, ein separates Schlafzimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein eigenes Badezimmer.
Außerdem gibt es einen privaten Außenbereich, in dem Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee genießen können, sowie Zugang zu unserer begrünten Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Akropolis-Hügel.
Eines der Dinge, die wir an der Lage am meisten lieben, ist, dass Sie eine ruhige, authentische Nachbarschaft haben und trotzdem in der Nähe von allem sind. Die Akropolis ist etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt, und die nächste U-Bahn-Station erreichen Sie in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe finden Sie Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte und lokale Geschäfte, mit einer Bäckerei nur 2 Minuten entfernt und einem Supermarkt in etwa 5 Minuten Entfernung.
Wenn Sie Lust haben, die Umgebung zu erkunden: Die nahegelegenen Stadtteile Koukaki, Filopappou, Thissio und Petralona sind voller Cafés, Restaurants und dieser entspannten athenischen Atmosphäre, und natürlich liegt das historische Zentrum direkt vor Ihrer Haustür.
Es gibt außerdem einen kostenlosen privaten Parkplatz, was ein echter Vorteil ist, wenn Sie länger in Athen bleiben oder mit dem Auto anreisen.
Die Maisonette ist völlig unabhängig und eignet sich gleichermaßen gut für Berufstätige, Paare, Familien oder alle, die einen Gang herunterschalten und Athen einen Monat oder länger genießen möchten.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
