It is directly opposite Agios Ioannis Metro Station, three stops from Acropolis Station, and a 10-minute drive from Alimos Beach. Located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator, it has a private balcony and access to a shared rooftop terrace with Acropolis views, outdoor seating and sun loungers.
The bright apartment includes air conditioning, free 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a workspace, and dining and sitting areas. Its fully equipped kitchen has espresso and filter coffee machines, a hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, electric mixer and built-in washing machine. Tap water is drinkable. The bedroom has a Sealy Vermont mattress, hypoallergenic pillows, quality linens and dimmable bedside lights.
