THE SPACE
The suite has everything you need for a comfortable stay, short or long, including 500 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout and free private parking for multiple cars, with more spaces available on request.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have custom-made king beds. The primary bedroom has a 75" TV and a low-profile floating couch. The second bedroom has direct balcony access, a dedicated workstation and its own 90" projector screen, separate from the cinema room. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps a fifth guest.
Cinema and entertainment
The private cinema and karaoke room has a 110" screen connected to Plex, with an extensive selection of movies and shows and 360° surround sound. The living room has a 65" TV and a private bar area. The screens offer Plex, Netflix, Spotify Premium and YouTube Premium.
Bathrooms and light
Skylights bring natural light throughout the suite. Both bathrooms have smart bidet toilets and smart backlit mirrors. One has a spray-jet shower; the other has a two-person indoor jetted tub.
Kitchen
Induction cooktop, microwave oven, air fryer, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, a mini fridge and a minibar, with glasses, mugs and everything you need to cook.
Comfort
Air conditioning in the kitchen, both bedrooms and the living room. Every area of the suite, bathrooms included, has its own sound system, with little sound carrying between rooms. The covered balcony has a gas BBQ and sunset views of The Lions and Grouse Mountain. Out back there is a large garden with banana trees.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire upper floor, with front and rear entrances secured by smart locks.
LOCATION
A convenient location: the suite sits above storefronts, with cafes, restaurants and stores just steps away, including some of North Vancouver's most popular restaurants. A bus stop right out front connects to Lonsdale Quay and the SeaBus to downtown Vancouver, so you can get around without a car. A convenience store is just across the road, and there's a barber shop downstairs. Lower Lonsdale, Lonsdale Quay, Lions Gate Hospital, Capilano University and Park Royal are all a short drive or bus ride away.
GOOD FOR
Short breaks and holidays of 5 nights or more, visiting family and friends, business trips, arriving or leaving through YVR (free airport pickup and drop-off), movie nights in the private cinema, and ski trips to Grouse, Cypress and Seymour. Longer stays work just as well: relocation and work assignments, film and TV crews, travelling nurses (Lions Gate Hospital is a few minutes away), families between homes and remote work.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Airport transfers: free pickup and drop-off at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Pets: up to 3 pets with approval before booking, $150 per pet. Please tell us how many you're bringing before you book.
- Special occasions: celebrating a birthday, anniversary or Valentine's Day? Ask us in advance about decorations or other requests.
- Street noise: the exterior is soundproofed, but some outside noise may occasionally be heard.

Kino und Unterhaltung
Der private Kino- und Karaokeraum hat eine 110-Zoll-Leinwand, die mit Plex verbunden ist, mit einer großen Auswahl an Filmen und Serien sowie 360°-Surround-Sound. Badezimmer und Licht
Dachfenster bringen natürliches Licht in die gesamte Suite. Beide Badezimmer haben smarte Dusch-WCs und smarte, hinterleuchtete Spiegel. Eines hat eine Dusche mit Massagedüsen, das andere eine Whirlwanne für zwei Personen im Innenbereich.

Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, Heißluftfritteuse, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Nespresso-Maschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, ein Minikühlschrank und eine Minibar, dazu Gläser, Tassen und alles, was Sie zum Kochen brauchen.
Komfort
Klimaanlage in der Küche, in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Jeder Bereich der Suite, auch die Badezimmer, hat ein eigenes Soundsystem, wobei zwischen den Räumen kaum Schall zu hören ist. Der überdachte Balkon hat einen Gasgrill und bietet Sonnenuntergangsblick auf The Lions und den Grouse Mountain. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen großen Garten mit Bananenbäumen.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
